What's it all about?
Dancefloor 101: Elements of Posture and Play is about learning a few basic principals about moving on a dancefloor in a recreational context. Geared towards non-professionals the workshop will include a warm up and various exercises that focus on posture rhythm and having fun. Teaching techniques and methods passed down to by master teachers of Vogue and central African dance, and what George has learned from years of go-go dancing in the nightclubs of London, NYC and Amsterdam are at the core of this class. His approach is a balance between a practice of disseminating information versus providing a context for workshop participants to share and polish their own skills and interests as movers.

Who will be teaching?
