Grief Integration Weekend Retreat
Healing & support for those who have lost dear ones to cancer

“How do people keep going with all this grief, all this sadness?”
“How can I prepare for the expected and unexpected agony of grieving?”

Coming together with shared understanding and support offers us the depth and acknowledgment so needed when grieving.

This weekend retreat will help you move through grief and integrate the ache of loss. You will learn how grief impacts you according to principals of Chinese Medicine and how you can work with these truths to build grieving practices and nourish deep, abundant living. You will receive Acupuncture and we will work together exploring theories of grief and ways to move, clear and release sadness & stuckness.

In this edition of Grief Integration we will be joined by Helena Frank, Shamanic practitioner and all round good human, who will use her skills to support us in grounding and releasing as we move through the weekend.

This group is for anyone with acute or ongoing grief. We will learn more about how to let go and let love in. We will stir and harmonize, grow and heal.

We are limited to 8-12 people for this group. A sliding range of rates applies always, please consider paying as much as you can, making space for more to join. If 10 people register we will have two spaces available at PWYC rates.
