Learn simple and effective DIY assessments, corrective exercise, & self-massage techniques to improve your upper body posture and reduce chronic tension/pain.

Workshop Objectives:
* Develop an understanding of the mechanics and causes of upper crossed, kyphosis, and forward head posture.
* Learn simple assessments to indentify these postural patterns.
* Learn corrective exercises, lifestyle tips, and soft tissue release techniques to prevent and treat postural imbalances of the upper body.
* Learn appropriate and effective techniques to integrate corrective exercise into your yoga practice and classes.

While this workshop is geared towards movement and yoga professionals, the content is offered in a manner that is easily understand for the general public with no background in anatomy and movement mechanics.

Duration: 3 Hours (Counts towards The Yoga Sanctuary’s Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Program)
