// New Chance
New Chance is the musical project of multidisciplinary Toronto artist, Victoria Cheong. Using samplers, sequencers, loops, effects, and voice she creates expansive sounds and songs, suitable for dance floor deep listening. Current projects include work with dancer Zoja Smutny on the concept album Rosé Porn, and with Ame Henderson and Matija Ferlin on their duet, Out of Season. She also performs with Jennifer Castle and Isla Craig in the vocal improvisational trio IC/JC/VC, and co-curates the Toronto label Healing Power Records with Wolfgang Nessel.

Artists he has had the pleasure of sharing bills with include Kid Koala, Steve Reich, Tim Hecker, Shabazz Palaces, RJD2 and Wildbirds&Peacedrums. When he is not improvising or performing as SlowPitchSound he is co-operating and instructing at Toronto's Off Centre DJ & Electronic Music Production School as well as mentoring at the Regent Park Music School as part of the Turning Point Youth Services Program.

Koja is the result of collaborative contrast between Johan Seaton and multimedia artist/vocalist Kaya Dacosta. They'll be debuting material from their forthcoming EP "Tentatively", along with accompanying visual work from the duo. As Koja, Kaya's intimate vocals weave between deconstructed digital rhythms and hyper-textured ambience to craft a wholly singular sound. Intimate and abstracted pop for the present.
