Mother's Day Dance & Women's Circle says
Divine Sisters,

Let us awaken, embrace and celebrate our Sacred Feminine!
During our time together we will explore and cultivate embodied awareness, inner wisdom, love and celebration!
Ritual, prayer, meditation, art and dance will be our gateways to bliss. Come be held in a loving oasis of sisterhood.

The Experience

A 2 hour women's only dance and circle to honour
Our Great Mother Earth, All Mothers and Women

We will open & close our dance in circle, co-creating a ritual to honour the women in our lives. Liz will then lead a DJ'ed dance a fusion of Ecsatic Dance & DOWH (non-facilitated and facilitated) for deep connection, expansion and exploration. The evening will be sprinkled with sharing, expressive arts and meditaion.

What is Ecstatic Dance?
A unique freestyle dance experience, guided by music. There are three simple basic guidelines to ED: "No shoes. No Consuption. No chitchat." We come together to celebrate life through dance.

What is Dance Our Way Home (DOWH)?
DOWH supports women to embrace and celebrate our Sacred Feminine, to be free from restraints, to be enamoured by our own breath and dance, and to fall head over heels in love with our self and with everything and everyone.
