Pharmacist Richard Sigesmund will be hosting a small, informal information session on opioid overdose/naloxone kit usage for restaurant industry professionals.

Expected length approximately 20 minutes.

Session will cover:

1) opioid use and signs of overdose
2) proper assessment and treatment of opioid overdose

Please reserve your spot by confirming your attendance (see the link below).

This is open to all bar and restaurant staff and, if appropriate, naloxone kits will be provided to attendees based on the Ontario government's eligibility criteria. To receive a kit, you must bring a piece of government-issued photo ID.

Space is limited to the first 25 confirmed attendees. Additional sessions wil be offered if demand requires.
