“CharBagh: A Sensory Garden”
From sunset to sunrise, interact with Faisal Anwar’s “CharBagh,” a virtual four-part Persian garden that blooms through audience tweets and Instagram posts. This real-time digital garden is projected onto the façade of the Aga Khan Museum. Use the hashtag #sensorycity to see what you can grow!

“Nuit Talk: Houses of Wisdom: Buildings, Books and Archives in the Digital Age” (Registration for this event is now closed)
At 8 pm, join Sandra Singh (Chief Librarian, Vancouver Public Library) and Aziza Chaouni (Associate Professor, University of Toronto) as they explore how libraries in the East and the West may serve as places of creative engagement in the age of social media.

From sunset to sunrise, enjoy Virginia Melnyk’s sculptural installation — a construction of many little pieces of clear plastic tubing and fabric. Playing with light and material texture, “Sparks” integrates motion sensors to respond to visitors who activate the installation.
