Welcome to our 3rd Annual Global Rally to End BSL in Ontario!
Ontario is marking its 10th year under Breed Specific Legislation! We would like to see as many Anti~BSL supporters join us as possible!
BSL Awareness has invited both Ontario "Pit Bull" Co-op, Stop K9Profiling and Dog Legislation Council of Canada to co-host. We welcome Natalie Kemeny & Tammy Williams from Advocates for the Underdog as our MC team this year! MPP Cheri DiNovo will be updating us on the the future of Anti~BSL in Ontario. Joined by Andrea Houston who spoke last year. Along with some new speakers for this year! Included in the day will be " Walk of Angels", 10th annual Candlelight Vigil as well as time to meet some of Ontario's Bully Breed & All breed rescues.
Ontario's BSL went into effect August 29th, 2005. The facilitators of both BSL Awareness and OPC were at the very first rally that night and have been active ever since. We hope to see many of our alumni there as well as many new ones!
