Paper + Cloth Merry Making Part 2 Be Merry says
Paper + Cloth presents Part 2 of our Merry Making weekend: Be Merry!

This is part two of our weekend of Merry Making. For those who would like a break from the kids or do not have kids, we will be hosting a kid free day full of holiday themed workshops and crafts, plus the opportunity to shop and sample our paper goodies in person.

*If you attended Part 1 of the Merry Making weekend, the workshops in Part 2 are less kid oriented and supplies will be much more sophisticated.

* Each event ticket entitles you to a Paper + Cloth Holiday supply kit which will provide you with all the supplies you need to put together some cute holiday cards and tags to take home. Also includes a complimentary photo printout or softcopy of you at the event by our festive photo wall *(does not include access to specialty workshops/workshop supplies)
* WORKSHOP tickets entitles you to supplies and participation in any of the specialized workshops and activities including:

Gold and Metallic Foil Works
> Learn to add some beautiful metallic foil elements to your holiday cards, tags and labels. Feel free to bring in some paper items that you would like to add gold foil to such as journals and art pieces. We will be bringing in some products that make adding metallic elements easy and flexible.

Art Lettering & Filigrees
> @DesignerMike is back, this time to teach us cool effects, lettering and filigree with chalk on chalkboard mediums. Participants will get to take home cards, tags, labels and washi tape in chalkboard finishes.

Designer Holiday Crackers
> Create gorgeous custom holiday crackers, a fun tradition of a cardboard tube dressed as a large candy full of treats pulled open with a loud snap by two people. All supplies including unique treats to put inside will be provided. Participants will get to make a few to take home or give away.

Holiday Wreath Making with Washi Tape
> A trendy new way to use washi tapes is to collage with them. New tapes from Japan have been designed with this in mind. This little workshop covers how to create pretty little wreaths that can be applied to cards, tags and packages

Button Making for holiday gifts
> We will have a button maker on site and students will get to create custom buttons with washi tapes, stamps and beautiful papers. They can even embellish buttons with names to add to special gifts

* As a paper shop we have one of the largest washi tape collections in the country. In addition to craft supplies, we will have rolls and rolls of tape at your disposal to GET CREATIVE and help you decorate some cards and gift tags for gift giving. If you do not know what washi tape is, come down to find out - you will be glad that you did : )
