This program features education and exercise to help you prepare for a better birth and recovery. It is designed to inform and empower women with an honest look at how pregnancy and birth change the body and how women can best support their body through these change.

Topics include:
posture
breathing
alignment
the pelvic floor
diastasis recti
birth positions
optimal pushing technique
postpartum healing and preventive and restorative exercises that will support your body through birth and encourage optimal healing postpartum.

Prepare To Push is a mind-body approach to pregnancy, birth and postpartum healing. Women will learn about their bodies in a whole new light with information that is too often overlooked in typical prenatal education when it should be foundational knowledge even before conception.
