Psychedelic Storytelling says
After decades of stigma and silence, magic mushrooms, LSD, ayuhuasca, and more are catching the public eye, and it's no wonder why. Having been used for perhaps as long as human culture has existed, psychedelic compounds have seen no end of inspiration and healing to human-beings. This is continuing in the present day like never before! We are in the midst of the 21st century’s burgeoning psychedelic renaissance. Researchers are interested in and working with psychedelics as therapeutic agents, cognitive enhancers, and tools to study the nature of consciousness.

Featuring local performers of various art forms, we will gather at The Social Capital Theatre on 154 Danforth Ave. to hear the strange tales of the psychedelic space in the oldest form of entertainment known to humankind; storytelling!

This event is hosted by the Canadian Students for Sensible Drug Policy - CSSDP and The Toronto Psychedelic Society to raise funds for these organization’s continued efforts and to support the efforts of key research groups such as Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS), who are coordinating and funding the ongoing scientific inquiry into psychedelic medicines.
