Hi! We took a little break, but punk yoga is back!! Bring a mat if you got one, an extra shirt or a towel, and your awesome self and let's sweat/chill some of those winter blues out of our systems. No experience necessary. It doesn't matter how flexible you are or what shape you are in, this is a safer space where all are welcome to join, we are just gonna move, relax, listen to some good tunes, and have fun!

Katy is a certified yoga instructor with 200hrs teacher training in hatha yoga at Kula Annex and is currently participating in Diane Bruni's 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with a focus on functional movement.

Please leave any music requests in the comments to help me make a playlist that everyone will enjoy
Feel free to request anything you would like to work on in the class and I will try and accomodate these as well
