U of T Sexual & Gender Diversity Office says
The Sexual & Gender Diversity Office (SGDO) Queer & Trans Students of Colour discussion group is celebrating the 10th anniversary of Queer Orientation week!

Join us on September 30th for a discussion circle and social where LGBTQ, genderqueer, two-spirited, intersex and questioning students of colour will talk about how sexuality and race affects our lives and communities. New and returning students across all three campuses are invited to meet other people and join in discussions that challenge racism, homophobia and transphobia.

LGBTQ+ students of colour are invited to build our communities, share stories and engage in discussion for this Queer Orientation edition of the Queer Students of Colour Discussion Group.

Snacks will be provided and there will be lots of time to mingle!

This event is free. This space is accessible to wheelchairs and scooters. All-gender washrooms are available at this location.

LOCATION: Multi-Purpose Room, Multi-Faith Centre

This discussion and social is organized as part of an ongoing series to invite LGBTQ+ students of colour and students questioning their gender and/ or sexual orientation together in a confidential space to share stories and ideas as we build community. Come and tell us what you think would help to create more positive spaces and more inclusive conversations!
