Our Women's healing & empowerment circle this month will focus on the Sacral Chakra
Sacral Chakra is also known as Svadhisthana meaning "Sweetness" in Sanskrit It is our energy point of Creativity and Sensuality. The water element is governed by the sacral chakra.The Sacral Chakra also governs our sexual organs, vitality and creativity. The kidney function is connected to the sacral chakra
What you will receive/experience from this circle:
*Learn about the importance and properties of the Sacral Chakra and how it relates to your mind, body and spirit
*Learn how to differentiate when your sacral chakra is in balance or out of balance
*You will experience a guided meditation to connect you to your sacral chakra and be introuduced to the Goddesses that govern this chakra to support your process
*We will use crystals, essential oils, mantras, affirmations mudras and expressive arts exercises to support the cleansing and balancing of your Sacral Chakra
*Receive a sacral chakra crystal to take home

The Intention
This Sacred Women's Healing Circle is to facilitate self-healing, empowerment and transformation.
Since the beginning of time women have gathered together in circle!
Our circle is open to women on the journey to connecting and celebrating their divine feminine power with love, truth and compassion.
What to Bring
Dress comfortably, please wear something orange if possible. Bring a bottle of water, journal and any crystals, totems or sacred pieces you wish to place on the altar we co-create to be cleansed & activated. Bring a journal.
Please feel free to bring your own yoga mat and blanket, as we have limited amounts of cushions and mats.
About your facilitator Liz Diaz:
My passion is to create sacred opportunities for you to reconnect and remember your truest nature. To reclaim your innate wisdoms. My calling is to facilitate spaces for women to feel emotionally and intuitively empowered, spaces where your instincts are valued and developed. Providing opportunities for you to reclaim your inner wise woman and ignite your creative spark. I am a holistic healing arts practitioner and my tools of choice are; meditation, yoga, conscious dance, expressive arts, earth based wisdom, rituals and gifts of reiki, crystals, massage and essential oils. As a Spiritual life coach I am committed to journeying with you as you restore, rediscover and Awaken to Your Bliss. Stepping into embraces yourself fully and finding deeper levels of self love, empowerment, happiness and health.
