PRESSURE DROP is very excited to welcome the legendary and great SISTER NANCY - backed by SELECTA MOSSMAN on the decks - for a one-off live RUB A DUB session in the intimate confines of ADELAIDE HALL.

SISTER NANCY is renowned as Jamaica's original female Deejay, having followed her brother BRIGADIER JERRY onto sound system in her teens, when she performed for such notable sound systems as BLACK STAR and JAH LOVE MUSIC.

WINSTON RILEY of TECHNIQUES was first producer to record NANCY in the studio, and for Riley she had such hit as ONE-TWO, TRANSPORT CONNECTION, ONLY WOMAN DJ WITH DEGREE, and of course the internationally renowned, all-time dancehall classic BAM BAM, over the STALAG riddim.

Having relocated to the US in the 1990s, she has recently resurrected her music career, and judging by her Montreal appearances over the past couple of years, also alongside MOSS MAN, she has lost none of her unique power to mash up dance!!!!

PRESSURE DROP selectas CHUCK BOOM and GUV'NOR GENERAL will also be keeping things nice in what is an all VINYL session.

Doors at 10pm.
