APRIL 11th - JUNE 13th

MONDAYS 6:00 - 7:30pm

Spring time is about flow, movement, new beginnings, growth, imagination and vision. This session join Julie for a seasonally inspired practice designed to improve circulation, strength, flexibility and inspiration through a flowing sequence of hatha yoga and yin yoga postures that focus on Liver and Gall Bladder meridians and health.

This session we will learn about the Traditional Chinese Medicine function and role of the Liver and Gall Bladder in stress reduction, emotional balance, reproductive, menstrual and digestive health. We will examine the Five Elements connection to spring as the "Wood" time and
we will also explore the role of the HUN, the Liver Spirit sometimes called the "Free and Easy Wanderer" who is responsible for our ability to go with the flow, for dreaming, organizing, planning and creative expression.
