A music lover before all else, Shea is a veteran DJ of dance floors across North America. Willing to explore musical territory, but always mindful of context, Shea has not only mastered the esoteric (and often forgotten) art of the opening dj, but truly enjoys getting the crowd bouncing to beats. She loves to blend the vibes of techno and house to create a vibe that carries groovy basslines and soul.
Shea’s professional career had her traveling around for work and always searching for the local music scene wherever she landed. Shea relocated to Toronto where she instantly fell in love with the city and the electronic music scene. Shortly after, she began playing out at local parties such as Summerdaze, Secret Society, Dirty Decibels, Cyclelogic and with the Box of Kittens crew. Today, Shea continues to develop both musical taste and technical prowess, creating a vibe both caters to time and place and is ripe with originality.

Niki Sadeki is a Vancouver-based DJ and musician. From raiding her parents’ record collection when she was just a child, to becoming resident at Vancouver’s MIA, Niki has continuously been living with the music in the forefront. Within a very short time, she has put herself on the map as an up and coming female DJ. Niki conveys her expression of life to listeners and engages crowds through her live sets when she’s behind the decks, and through dozens of podcasts and studio mixes. Her sets have been described as musical journeys, charming listeners and at the same time inviting them to dive into their own individual world of sensations.
Niki is the host of Allure on Frisky Radio which airs every 3rd Wednesday of the month.

Secret Society Sessions is a show broadcasted every Wednesday 6-9pm live from Girth Radio. The studio is conveniently nestled inside an aesthetic bar just one block east of St. Lawrence Market, Pacific Junction Hotel (234 King Street East) in the City of Toronto.
Our goal is to provide the atmosphere for a regular gathering that revolves around our love for music and the celebration of getting over the hump of the week. Come early, spend a few hours with your friends listening to artistically curated sounds and go home happy, proving that a night out does not necessarily have to be followed by a day in.
This is more than a radio show… it is a social collective for people at play.
