Get intro shape this summer! Join us on our weekly SUP (Stand Up Paddle Boarding) Fitness paddles right here in Toronto!SUP is a great way to get into amazing shape! As you’re pulling yourself forward you must engage every muscle between your hands, which are pulling the paddle to your feet, which are pushing the board forwards making SUP a great full body exercise! SUP is especially effective for Core and other balancing muscles!

For this program we meet at our Sunnyside Beach location in Toronto’s West end beaches. We start off with a stretch before getting on the water where we spend 15 minutes warming up and working on our technique before embarking on our 10 km at you own pace exercise paddle (Or less if you wish to turn around early and build up to the full 10 km that’s totally acceptable!). We will have our experienced TA SUP Instructors there to help improve your technique, answer any questions you might have and encourage you along the way! In addition all of your times will be recorded and available for you at anytime!

Note: This event takes approximately 1.5 Hours. If you’ve never SUPed before we recommend taking our Intro to SUP program.
