About the Facilitator:

Edane Padme has been practicing a holistic lifestyle for nearly 7 years. She became a certified yoga instructor in 1999 by East to West Yoga & Rainbow Kids Yoga and continues teaching children's yoga classes in elementary schools all across Toronto. She initiated mindfulness programs; eating meditation, tea meditation, movement meditation, listening meditation, relaxing meditation.

Her background in meditation is highly influenced by the Tibetan Buddhist teachings as well as the Taoist and Zen traditions. She has been studying with various teachers at the Shambhala Centre since 2010 and has taken her Refuge Vow in 2014.
