As company reps showcase a wide range of fermented products and hand out product samples in our courtyard, book author, Marni Wasserman, Author of “Fermenting For Dummies” will be available at our demo desk for an exclusive Q&A.

Additionally, we happily invite to our Thursday night lecture to join Stevie Klick, Registered Holistic Nutritionist in an introduction to fermented foods. During this presentation, she will demonstrate how you can create fun and tasty probiotic foods in your very own kitchen. The list of benefits from consuming probiotic nutrients is endless so she would like to educate you on some of the key components that consuming this beneficial bacteria can do for your health.

Stevie works for New Chapter, an organic, NON GMO whole food based supplement company that seeks to give consumers the wisdom that nature provides.
