Lua Shayenne is a dancer, dance instructor, choreographer and artistic director of Lua Shayenne and Company. A 2016 K.M. Hunter Dance and 2013 TELUS Newcomer artist award nominee, Shayenne has worked with dozens of artists and choreographers based both locally and the world over. In Toronto, she has choreographed works for IFT theatre/ Obsidean Theatre, Dusk Dances, Esie Mensah’s Akoma and more.
