OSHO Meditations in Toronto says
In this workshop, we will emphasise on 'Trust', about which Osho says:

Don't waste your life for that which is going to be taken away. Trust life. If you trust, only then can you drop your knowledge, only then can you put your mind aside. And with trust, something immense opens up. Then this life is no longer ordinary life, it becomes full of God, overflowing.
When the heart is innocent and the walls have disappeared, you are bridged with infinity. And you are not deceived; there is nothing that can be taken away from you. That which can be taken away from you is not worth keeping, and that which cannot be taken away from you, why should one be afraid of its being taken away?--it cannot be taken away, there is no possibility. You cannot lose your real treasure.

The Sun Rises in the Evening, Chapter 9

We will explore the theme through expressive arts, improv/theatre like games, visualization techniques, and movement practices. The heart of this process is to connect to one another through play, to practice courage and to have lots and lots of fun through this transformation!

Absolutely no experience necessary, just a desire to play. We look forward to creating a dynamic, inclusive, inspiring, heart opening space together! Your inner child will thank you for it!!!

Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes, bring a water bottle and snack. All materials will be provided. Just bring your inner child (a friend or two) and a willingness to play and create.

The costs are $15 each session, if paid in advance ($20 at the door).

The last workshop will be on Sunday, September 27th 2015: Beloved
