The Art Gallery of Ontario Library & Archives is partnering with the Canadian Lesbian + Gay Archives (https://www.facebook.com/CLGArchives/?hc_ref=SEARCH&fref=nf) to host a Wikipedia editing session focusing on Canadian LGBTQ+ artists. This follows on the success of the Art + Feminism Wikipedia Edit-a-Thons.

For our September event, we will have a special focus on building Wikipedia content on topics related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and queer (LGBTQ+) artists and artist collectives. People of all sexualities, gender identities and expressions are welcomed and encouraged to attend. No Wikipedia editing experience is necessary – there will be tutorials and one-on-one coaching available.
