Wild Edibles Walk says
Welcome to our first Wild Edibles Event of the season!

Wild plants are in abundance and can be found virtually anywhere. These highly nutritional plants are some of the healthiest foods on the planet, and they’re growing free in our backyards!

Join Wild Food Nutritionist, Jamie Lippiatt, as he guides us through the various types of wild plants and edibles in the area, and teaches us how to incorporate them into our lifestyles and diets.

Learn to identify different plant species, their uses, and the profound effects that they can have on your body and overall health. Get experience learning about foraging for wild plants, and feel amazing as you reconnect with your body and to nature!

There will be a special wild treats and refreshments at the end of the walk.
