In this workshop, we will go over the bio-mechanics of running and how we can utilize yoga to run more efficiently and to prevent injuries. You will gain a better understanding of how your body moves and breathes. We will leave with a warm-up and cool-down sequence to incorporate into your running routines.

Teacher Bio:

My passion is helping people feel better by restoring healthy movement patterns that prevent injury and promote healing. I am a personal trainer, fitness instructor, yoga instructor, and soon to be a Chiropractor at the end of summer of 2016.
