It’s a dreamy little escape where you can hide out – take note, couples looking for romance – while enjoying unparalleled views and feeling connected to the natural beauty. The thick glass walls give you the illusion of being outside while remaining cozy on the inside.
The cube has an outside kitchen, a redwood outdoor shower and bath, a pool, hot tub and hammocks. You’ll also enjoy fresh eggs from the on-site chickens. Being one with nature is key here, so you won’t find TV or WiFi. The showers, hot tub and pool are amenities in a common area shared with guests staying at the property’s other cottage, but you can book both for complete solitude and solo access to the entire grove.
While the property is off the grid, it’s surprisingly close to the beach, hiking trails, wineries, restaurants and downtown Santa Barbara. So you can spend a day visiting the best of the area but come back to the peace and quiet of your own private cube.
