Starbucks is officially in holiday mode. The coffee giant rolled out its 2025 seasonal menu, swapped in its signature festive cups and delivered this year's must-have, limited-edition merch. The star of the show is a beanie-wearing “Bearista” mug that’s already causing mayhem before most people have even finished sipping on their first peppermint mocha.

The holiday drink lineup is stacked with returning favorites like caramel brulée latte, iced sugar cookie latte and iced gingerbread chai, while chestnut praline latte and eggnog latte will make their debut later in the season. Holiday treats include the snowman cookie, the cranberry bliss bar and the sugar plum cheese Danish plus newcomers like the polar bear cake pop and the cinnamon pull-apart bread.

But back to the Starbucks holiday cups, always here to add an extra shot of cheer to your morning order. Since 1997, the bold, colorful designs have been an unofficial holiday season start signal.

This year’s look leans into warm coffeehouse textures, flowing ribbons and a cheerful palette inspired by the aprons worn by Starbucks baristas. The ribbon motif carries through the cafés too, where evergreen garlands and velvet accents will make the destinations feel like cozy holiday retreats.

As for the one item causing a stir online this year, the award has to go to the Bearista cup. The clear glass container is shaped like a teddy bear and wears a little green silicone beanie. It’s meant for cold drinks, but it's on its way to becoming the next hot home decor item. It costs $29.95, but there are reports of the Bearista popping up on resale sites like ebay for almost $200. By Thursday morning, people were lining up before stores opened to get one of their own.

Beyond the Bearista, Starbucks has also launched a much-anticipated Hello Kitty collection with themed cups and even a plush Hello Kitty herself.

Everything is available in stores while supplies last, which, judging from day one, means you should act fast.
