The crispy tenders and six new sauces are now available at restaurants across the country

The fast-food chicken wars continue to rage on, and Wendy’s just threw its crispy, juicy contender into the ring. Meet the chain’s newest core menu item: Wendy’s Tendys.
Available now at Wendy’s restaurants nationwide, these premium chicken tenders are made with 100-percent all-white meat, coated in seasoned breading that’s crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. They’re offered as a 3-piece, 4-piece or in a Kids’ Meal (two tenders, plus one dip). Prices vary by location.

Along with this new menu addition is a lineup of game-changing sauces. Wendy’s rolled out six brand-new sauces—each one redesigned for maximum dunkability. Even better, they’re nearly double the size of old cups, so fans get way more to work with. Here’s the lineup:
“We taste-tested, fine-tuned and delivered,” said Lindsay Radkoski, Wendy’s CMO. “With six bold new sauces, fans can dip, dunk and customize their Tendys with every bite.”
The move comes as fast-food rivals double down on chicken menus. McDonald’s recently launched McCrispy Strips with their own sauce lineup, and chains from Popeyes to Sonic are pushing wraps and fried favorites. Wendy’s isn’t new to the game (their Nuggs have long been a cult hit), but Tendys feel like a direct swing at the strip lovers out there.
