Fit Day Pass (fitdaypass.com) has single visit day passes to gyms in NYC like The Sports Center at Chelsea Piers, Manhattan Athletic Club, and a bunch others, from $10. I got a pass to Gotham Gym for $20, vs $30 when you pay at reception.
