The Spider-Man workout

Revolution in Motion's Dr. Edythe Heus got Reeve Carney and the rest of the Spider-Man cast in shape for the show. Now you can get super fit with the Spidey workout too.

Skater

(1) Sit on a BOSU ball facing forward, knees wide apart.

(2) Position your feet straight ahead or slightly turned out, knees over feet.

(3) Draw in your lower abdominals, keeping your torso tall, stable and relaxed from the waist up.

(4) Roll from side to side, alternately lifting up feet.
