Revolution in Motion's Dr. Edythe Heus got Reeve Carney and the rest of the Spider-Man cast in shape for the show. Now you can get super fit with the Spidey workout too.

BOSU ball lunge

(1) Put the heel of your right foot in the center of a BOSU ball, and the top of your left foot on the ball.

(2) Keep your torso straight and shift your weight onto your left foot, moving the ball backward and causing your right knee to bend slightly.

(3) Return to the starting position by pressing your left foot into the ball, lifting your torso and bringing the ball into position. Repeat several times on both legs.
