Twelve Atlantic Station

Having anchored Atlantic Station since 2005 with the sleek appeal of a bright-hued, polished-wood ultra-lounge disguised as a place of lodging, TWELVE may not be the hottest hotel in Atlanta in 2017 (though it was when it opened), but it has gained a loyal following that allowed for a downtown location just as popular though only a few miles away. The 26-story building sits off 17th Street, which is perpendicular to Peachtree, and houses 101 suites, each ranging from 700 to 1,200 square feet with floor-to-ceiling windows and full kitchens. Many guests don’t even make use of the oven; breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner are offered downstairs at LOBBY at TWELVE, which also will package to-go or plated room service options.
