The event creator says
St. John's Day (June 24) 2017 marks the 300th anniversary of the formation of the Grand Lodge of London and Westminster, from whence all modern Speculative Freemasonry and its bodies have their origins. Georgia Freemasons will celebrate this milestone in our illustrious history with a grand affair, including parade and festival, to be held in downtown Marietta, exactly 300 years to the day from the official founding of our great fraternity. We join Masonic organizations worldwide in this year-long celebration.

Festivities will include a parade from the Marietta Masonic Temple to Glover Park (Marietta Square), blood drive, GACHiP event, entertainment, public speakers, concessions, media attention, and information booths about our charities and appendant bodies. The public is welcome and invited to help us celebrate this momentous occasion in the history of Freemasonry. We'll have fun for the whole family!

Event Times:
Parade begins at 10:00am!
Family Festival from 11:00am - 1:00pm!
