404 Eat Right & Shape Up Challenge says
Who's ready to step their game up in 2016?

This is not another New Year's Resolution, we've designed this program to empower you with individualized, expert counseling on nutrition, performance and everyday living, as well as harnessing this advice into long-term habits. The challenge portion will begin on January 11th and end on February 29th with body composition testing from the folks at Body Fat Test ($40 combined cost for both testings, not included in $50 entry fee).

You may notice this program is a bit longer in duration than what 404 has done in the past, it's also more immersive. Dr Lauren Polivka will be our fearless leader on nutrition advice and seminars. Take a look at the schedule below to see what she has planned:

January 4th - The Science of Eating
January 21st - Anti-Infammatory Eating
January 28th - Grocery Shopping Outing
February 4th - Performance Eating and Injury Prevention
February 18th - Smoothie Demonstration

Her first lesson on January 4th will take place a week before the challenge begins, this was designed to give time for that first week's grocery shopping. Can't make one of the doctor's lectures? No worries, we'll be filming each seminar and posting to the private Facebook event page to make sure you stay clued in on all the great information. Peppered in between Dr. Polivka's lessons, we'll be hosting Sunday Potluck's, and hopefully a trip to the re-opened Urban Pl8 restaurant in Krog Street Market!

The cost is $50, with a chance to earn back $25, this includes admission to all five of Dr. Polivka's seminar's as well as eligibility to win the top prize for male and female relative body fat winners! The more folks we get into the program, the bigger the pot grows for the winners. At the end of the challenge, you can earn back $25 by having stayed engaged each week one of two ways: 1) post your grocery shopping list that week, or 2) post a new recipe you tried that week to the challenge Facebook event page.
