Every third Friday, mark your calendar for live jazz in the High's atrium! Music, drinks, art—no matter the month, every Friday Jazz offers a great lineup. See it all for $10.

August features the sounds of South African trumpeter Darren English, who has been called "a bright new voice and a force to be reckoned with" on the jazz scene. On his debut album, Imagine Nation, English pays tribute to Nelson Mandela, in addition to reworking classic standards. For more details about Darren English, check out this album review.

Pre-pay for guaranteed parking or take MARTA to the Arts Center Station!

Seating for Friday Jazz is limited and opens at 6 p.m. There is no reserved seating. Standing room is plentiful. Friday Jazz is FREE with half-price Museum admission and FREE for members. Groups of 10+ pay the discounted rate of $8.25 per person.
