Ayurveda is the Indian Healing practice that details food choices and preparation that is right for people with different body types. You will learn about the principles necessary to prepare wholesome, nutritious, balanced meals.

The exotic spices and herbs used in Ayurveda not only bring out flavours in your food but they also provide exceptional health and healing benefits to your body.

This hands on aromatic cooking experience is something that will imprint flavour in your mind and body. Mayuri will also share with you her secret cooking tips and talk about the health benefits of the spices.

This is a great way to socialize and learn about food, health and cooking.
You will learn how to prepare:

•Basic Kitchari
•Tridoshic Vegetable Curry
•Cucumber Raita
•Chai
•Cardamom Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Naan/parathas and papadum will be served

All foods cooked will be shared and eaten with participants.
