Beginner Minis/Doubles Workshop

Welcome to double hooping! If you thought one hula hoop was fun, wait until you give this a try! My idea with this workshop is to get everyone more comfortable moving through some basic transitions and planes so that when Sheri Alice and Kassandra Morrison come through to show us their amazing doubles and multiple tech skills we will be ready and excited for her intermediate/advanced workshop! Specifically, we will be working on timing, 2 and 3-beat weaves, wall flowers, thread the needle, isolations and pattern building. If you are ready for a fun and challenging workshop for your brain and body, this is it!
