All Levels: Bring big/on body little/iso/mini hoops In this workshop we will be concentrating on dance with a hoop as a prop (but you may bring whatever you like to play with during this workshop). Learn how to get back into your body while hooping! When learning basic belly dance elements you will create more room within your circle to make your movement more dynamic. Finding the circles within your own body will help you in discovering a whole new side of hooping. Duration: 2 hours $10/person We will all be meeting up at Elliott Street Deli & Pub afterwards for an evening of yummy food and flow jam fun!
