Professor John

Bassist/Producer Professor John has a very unique sound. The combination of his unique compositions and live bass guitar really sets Professor John apart from other artists. John’s electric bass guitar performance has been compared to the playing of Victor Wooten, Marcus Miller, and Stanley Clarke, yet John’s background in hip-hop and R&B production makes for a one of a kind performance. Professor John was chosen as one of Atlanta’s Top 3 RAW Artists of the Year in 2013 ( John has played in the metro-Atlanta for more than ten years at venues including Terminal West at King Plow, Hard Rock Cafe, Piedmont Park Arts Festival, Eddie’s Attic, Smith's Olde Bar, and Red Light Café.
