Learn Capoeira with Contra-Mestre Muriel!
This will be an introductory workshop where you can learn the basics of the Brazilian martial art. Participation is encouraged, but you can observe as well. However, if you do wish to participate, please come in sweat pants/leggings and a T-shirt.
Capoeira workshop, hosted by Cordão de Ouro group at GT, will be from 10am - noon
Then enjoy some Brazilian food and music provided by BRASA!
