Brew & Brew: Chemex

Admit it: You'd love to learn how to brew coffee at home, your only free time is a weeknight, and you don't actually want to drink coffee that late in the day. Our solution: "Brew & Brew", where you learn at-home coffee brewing techniques while drinking beer. This month we're revisiting the basics of brewing coffee by manual pourover - last time we offered this class it was packed out! We'll discuss and demonstrate basic technique and coffee brewing principles, and have you practice using the Bonmac drip cone and Chemex coffeemaker. The Chemex coffeemaker we will feature and have available for purchase is the Three Cup Classic CHEMEX. Class is FREE to attend. Brew equipment (Bonmac, Chemex, Aeropress, filters) and retail coffee beans will be offered at a discount to participants. Featured beer: TBD
