Brew & Brew: Using Scales

Admit it: You'd love to learn how to brew coffee at home, your only free time is a weeknight, and you don't actually want to drink coffee that late in the day. Our solution: "Brew & Brew", where you learn at-home coffee brewing techniques while drinking beer. We'll review basic coffee brewing principles (and quickly cover basic manual pourover technique), and demonstrate how using a scale can result it consistently better coffee brewing. The class is FREE, and we'll also offer scales, brewing equipment, and retail coffee beans at a discount for participants. Featured draft beer: TBD
