Join Emma Davis Hamilton for a presentation that provides you with the tools and techniques for successful family history research. Although designed for the beginner, the most experienced genealogy researcher will find it beneficial. The presentation will pay particular attention to the roadblocks encountered by the African American researcher. Emma Davis Hamilton is a genealogical and historical researcher who specializes in researching African American ancestors. She is President of the Afro-American Historical and Genealogical Society, Inc. (AAHGS) Metro Atlanta Chapter, a board member of the Georgia Genealogical Society, and Vice President of the Friends of the National Archives (Atlanta).She is also a member of the National Genealogical Society, the South Carolina Genealogical Society, and the Florida Genealogical Society.
