The founder, Lara Holland, has been in the food-industry for most of her life with her family. The model is constructed to create a sustainable process and distribution hub in the core of the city and service smaller & mobile locations more efficiently. When successful, the project will be a part of solving overall produce distribution and access in inner cities. For the industry, this means an increase in market through exposure.
