We are getting closer to Spring, a time of change and transformation. A time of longer days and increased activity. A time of manifesting hopes and dreams! Springtime gets extra BUSY! Make space to CHILL by joining Octavia Raheem, 200hr E-RYT in a guided meditation session from your home or office. We will focus on simple breathing techniques, connecting to sensations in our bodies, and watching our thoughts just as they are. We will create a clearing through which to see what we are planting and growing this season. Each call will end with practical tips for incorporating more CHILL time into your daily living and activities throughout this season. We will meet March 9, March 16, and March 23 from 8:00-8:20.
