CIVIC ACTIONS

Community events inviting artists and community to coalesce around common ideas and actions, offering our show as more than an exhibition, but as a room for dialogue and expression.

During all musuem regular hours throughout the 8-week exhibition.

for those who love to move and for those who wish to love to move. no experience neccessary. with sound therapist Jennifer Proctor, musician Scott Buck with electrified zither, Atlanta cellist Brad Ritchie, and DJ Ryan Noise.


:::MAKING DAYS:::
wed. sat.
3-4pm
interactive art project of paper doves in the western corner of the gallery, exploring identity and migration. the public adds to the pile of birds over the course of the project. led by kristina brown.

experience the choreography process with lauri and moving artists.

add your voice to the exhibition anthem. in these intimate sessions, we will create rhythms, write lyrics, and sing softly. the anthem will be revealed to the public at the closing event.
