David's Going Bald For Kids With Cancer

Time Out says
Each year, I have a the privilege of hosting the St. Baldricks event at Ri Ra Irish Pub in Atlanta. This year, once again, I'll be shaving my head in solidarity with children who have cancer in an effort to raise over $3000 for the St. Baldrick's Foundation. Every 3 1/2 minutes, a child is diagnosed with cancer. One in five will not survive. Childhood cancer is the number one disease killer of children. More than aids, asthma, diabetes, and cystic fibrosis combine. Yet, the US government only allots 4% of its total cancer research dollars to childhood cancer. I don't accept that, and I need your help to bridge the funding gap. Come join in the fun as me and over 300 other men and women shave their heads on March 12, 2015 at Ri Ra. It's going to be an incredibly fun night for an amazing organization. Here's my link if you want to make a donation on my behalf: https://www.stbaldricks.org/participants/mypage/734774/2015
