Epi.Phony: A Sound Realization

Hello All! I'm inviting you to the 2nd of twelve solo cello concerts that I will be presenting in 2015 - one per month. The 2nd will take place on February 28, 2015, 7 PM West End Performing Arts Center 945 Ralph David Abernathy Boulevard Atlanta, GA 30310 404.613.6465 In each of theses concerts, I will be developing a piece of a larger artistic vision, which will ultimately include solo-cello performance, looping, video, spoken literature, and maybe, one day, movement. These early concerts focus on the music and looping, and explore a variety of styles including classical, jazz, religious, rock, reggae, and improvisational. Other elements of the vision - video, spoken literature, etc - may only appear minimally in this show. The first few shows of the series are performance workshops, in which I will be seeking feedback afterwards about what parts of it connected with you, the audience. There is no cost.
