Born in the heart of Kentucky, FOTF has torn up shows all over the country. Their recent album Ashes & Angels (produced by Shooter Jennings) made its way onto the Billboard Country charts, a rarity for a record without Auto-Tune or a truck song(s). The band has toured with Shooter Jennings, Unknown Hinson, Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers, and fellow hellraisers Hellbound Glory, and has shared the stage with The Marshall Tucker Band, Wanda Jackson, Lucero, and more. A lot of my songs are very much based in classic country music while others are grounded in straight forward and greasy rock’n’roll,” Woods explains. “I write what is ready to come out and try to be as honest as I can about it."
