Scheduled on (or around) the full moon each month, this class features a combination of chandra namaskaras (lunar salutations), slow flow, hip openers and heart openers. Moving into meditation will help you connect more fully with nature’s cycles and your own internal rhythms. Ruler of water and emotion, the moon is associated with the cooling and feminine energy. The full moon is a time of expansive tides, heightened emotions, and opportunity to deeply tune in and manifest what you want in your life.
